in JAN 2025. All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software
- Outside IR35 rolePaid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks
- Over 4000 properties to be surveyed -STOCK CONDITION ANDEPC
- MUST BE A QUALIFIED DEA
- Lodgementfee ispaidby the client
- Propertieslocated in/around -BUCKINGHAMSHIRE,BEDFORDSHIRE, ANDHERTFORDSHIRE
- ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties
- Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
- 3 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
